Season 5 :Lost And Found, The Story Of Two Lost Lures

Poets talk about “spots of time,” but it is really fishermen who experience eternity compressed into a moment. No one can tell what a spot of time is until suddenly the whole world is a fish and the fish is gone.
— Norman Maclean

Welcome to season 5 of The Storied Outdoors! This episode is a little longer than the others, but we had a full summer of adventures to recap. Also, we had a special guest and friend of the show, Wade Blevins with us and Wade is always good for a story or two. In this episode, we reminiscence about the highlights of Season 4 and preview the incredible lineup for Season 5. We also tell two stories about two different fishing trips where lures were lost and found in unbelievable ways: one was a small mouth fishing trip with Wade and the other was a largemouth fishing trip on Lake Guntersville. We have some exciting guests and announcements coming for this season that you don't want to miss. Thank you for joining us in this journey.

We would be so blessed if you left us a rating and review if you enjoy this podcast do us a favor by sharing it with your friends.

We talked for a moment about if you want to get into fly fishing but don’t know where to start, book a guide service. We mentioned www.eastalabamaflyfishing.com or www.flyfishingalabama.com . We trust both of these services and they will put you on the fish and feed you well if you so choose. If you end up using them, tell those guys we sent you.
